Service Description
Exclusive use of the park. Relax knowing your clients dogs are safe and secure. Time to have a coffee, give the dogs a good walk and have a play in the pool or on the agility equipment. For up to 9 dogs . 1 vehicle only unless by prior agreement. Choose correct amount of dogs when prompted on the booking form. Extra dogs may attend on the day at a cost of £2 per extra dog. 1 handler per 4 dogs is required. This is for the safety of dogs attending and to ensure dog poo is picked up. Please Note when booking Oak Tree field is on the hour & half hour Little Meadow is quarter to and quarter past the hour.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. To cancel please telephone,email or if you are a member, go to your account . NO REFUNDS will be given UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for any bookings made. RESCHEDULING. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any appointments for another time. This applies to all circumstances, including the weather. please check weather forecasts in advance, if this is likely to be a problem. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will unfortunately lose any monies paid. If we are able to re book your slot when less than 48 hours notice has been given, we may, at our discretion allow you to re schedule. Slots can only be rescheduled once. Thank you.
