Booking Information

The code for the gate will be sent by email on your reminder, 24 hours prior to your booking time. . If you book within 24 hours of your appointment it will be sent by email or text.
If you have not received the gate code within 1 hour of your booking or you have booked last minute, then please contact us on 07779384708 or 07476 395535 to obtain the code.

Standard bookings are for upto 3 dogs and 1 vehicle.​
Extra dogs and cars can be added at the time of booking.
You can add extra dogs and/or cars later, by calling 07476395535
This can be paid for in cash, when you arrive for your slot.

Please try not to arrive sooner than 5 minutes before your allocated time.

ON ARRIVAL.
Our entrance is situated directly in front of you when leaving the road. Large wooden gates, that are clearly sign posted.
​
DO NOT TURN RIGHT DOWN THE TRACK, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This is a private track and is a dead end. the keypad is situated on the left hand gate post.
When the gates have opened, drive through to the parking area. There are several parking spots but please do not park in front of any gates. The gate will automatically shut behind you. Wait in your car in the car park until previous walkers are in their vehicle.
PLEASE NOTE
When parking please be considerate of who may be in after you, we often have groups or classes, please park straight towards the fence and not sideways as this takes up more spaces.

ONLY 1 CAR IS INCLUDED IN THE STANDARD BOOKING
If you wish to bring a additional car then you can add this at the time of booking,
or call 07476 395535 to add later.

IMPORTANT
If you are late for your appointment, or you leave early, then priorty goes to the walkers in the other field. We stagger start times to avoid clashes with other dogs. This is for everyones safety. please respect that not all dogs are friendly. Please do not get your dogs out of the car, while others are leaving/entering the fields with their dogs
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD WHEN IN THE CAR PARK. THIS INCLUDES WHEN YOU ARE LEAVING THE FIELD. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please make sure you enter the correct field.
If your appointment is on the hour & half past, you will be in Oak Tree
Quarter to & quarter past past the hour will be Little Meadow

Padlocks are provided for each field. It is advisable to use these to lock the gates after you have entered to prevent any persons from accidentally entering.

DO NOT ENTER EITHER FIELD WITHOUT FIRST CHECKING IT IS EMPTY.
If previous walkers are late coming out then please contact us immediately and we will sort it out. DO NOT enter the field, until everyone has safely left

The OAK TREE FIELD
Fully enclosed, 6ft/2 mtr deer fencing
To enter THE OAK TREE (main field)
You enter the park via the 6ft metal pedestrian gate, sign posted, OAK TREE, follow the path and enter through the next wooden gate. You are now in the park and can safely let your dogs run free. There is a alarm that will sound 3 minutes before the hour & half past. Please make your way out when this goes off

LITTLE MEADOW FIELD
Fully enclosed 6ft/2 mtr Deer fencing
To enter Little Meadow go through the gate signed, Little Meadow, continue to the second gate, this opens by pulling the lever upwards. You are now in Little Meadow, you can now let your dogs off the lead. There is no alarm in this field so please make sure you are back in your car for the end of your time slot. Please close both gates after you enter and on leaving.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR DOGS AT ALL TIMES AND REMOVE ALL OF THEIR POO, EITHER BY BAG OR USE THE SCOOP PROVIDED.

Please Note. You need to be back in your car by the end of your allocated time, not leave the park then. The next customer should be able to go in at their allocated time, not 3 minutes late. you are welcome to stay on the car park to dry your dog off/change shoes or use the shop etc but please secure your dog inside your vehicle with the doors closed to allow other users to enter the park. You can then get your dog back out to dry off or change shoes etc.
PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHER WALKERS AT ALL TIMES
If you are unable to catch your dog for any reason and this is making you go over your time limit, then please call us so we can inform walkers waiting to come in that there is a problem, we can usually also come and help you to catch your dog.

​ You leave the park the same way you entered.
​
TO EXIT the premises, please drive slowly towards the gate and wait for it to open, no code is required.when fully opened you can drive through. The gates will close behind you.
Priority is given to incoming traffic at all times. Please reverse to allow others to enter.
The gates will only open if you are in a vehicle. If you have attended on foot, please contact a member of staff or call us and we can let you out.

If you have to park outside the gate for any reason then please pull up to the right of the track, close to the road side fence so you are not blocking the track. The track is used regularly by other owners of adjoining fields so clear access is needed at all times. Do not get your dog out of your vehicle until you are inside our premises.
You are only allowed in that field you are booked onto.
No access is allowed through any other gate apart from the one you entered through. There is automatic water bowls that refill on their own in both fields along with taps. Please do not waste water by using taps unnecessary. If you would like to help yourself to a drink then there is normally hot drinks available in the shelter.
Donations are welcome for this facility, as we can not continue to offer this service without them.
PLEASE NOTE We do do not provide milk and sugar. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and use the facilities.
Drinks are not part of your booking. They are complimentary and may not be available at all times.
SHOP
The shop is open at all times, feel free to have a browse.
Free range eggs, from our own chickens, ducks, geese (when available) Soft drinks and snacks can be purchased from the shop in the car park.
We also sell, dog treats, including healthy, raw options, dog toys, balls, throwers, torches, gloves etc
We can take card payments if we are there, otherwise, cash can be left in the honesty box, by using the envelopes provided, writing your name, what you ave had and the amount of each item, on the front, you can then place it in the post box.

TOILETS
are situated on the car park

DOG RINSE FACILITY
Situated on the car park, to rinse your dog off should they need it.
Warm water will last a few minutes.
No soaps/shampoo's to be used.
Towels can be provided, if asked for, but if you can bring your own, it helps us out.

EXEMPT DOGS

As from the 31st December 2023.
-
All exempt dogs will be required to remain muzzled and on leads whilst in the car park.

After entering the fields , there are padlocks provided for you to lock the gates from the inside to prevent any members of the public from accidently entering.

Your dogs can then be let off leads without muzzles.

All exempt dogs that are off leads and unmuzzled are only allowed in the fields with members of the same, immediate family.

You may bring all dogs who are owned by the same owner and live together at the same time.

All dogs who are accompanied by non family members must remain muzzled and on leads.

This includes any group bookings or socialisation classes.

This is for the owners protection to ensure you are complying with the law.

It is your responsibility to ensure you follow the guidelines.

Anyone found to be breaking these rules will be asked to leave.

In case of emergency, we do have access through seperate gates that are kept padlocked by us.

DOG POO. Please remove your dog poo and place in the bins provided.

Plastic bin is for bagged poo only

Metal bins for loose poo only.

Rubbish bins are situated outside of the gate entrance.

Please take your rubbish home with you if possible

. If you smoke in there can you please dispose of nub ends in the metal bins and not on the floor please.

NO SMOKING DURING HOT WEATHER
We do go around the park regularly checking for missed poos, however, people very often miss one.
We would appreciate it if you could use the poo scoops and get it up, alternatively,
please call or text us and we will come and remove it.
This ensures the park stays clean for you and other users
Use of the fields and All the equipment, including the pool is used at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any injuries or illness that may occur due to using our park.
All dogs must be monitored whilst using the pools and you are responsible for the safety of your dogs when they enter it.
CHILDREN.
children are welcome but please refrain from letting them use any equipment, including the pool and do not allow climbing on anything, including fences/gates.
NO HUMANS ARE ALLOWED ON ANY EQUIPMENT OR IN THE POOL INSIDE THE PARK. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO THIS WILL RESULT IN A IMMEDIATE BAN.

CANCELLATIONS.

NO REFUNDS will be given UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
If more than 48 hours notice is given, then you can re schedule your appointment for another time. If less than 48 hours notice, you will unfortunately lose any monies paid.
If we are able to re book your slot when less than 48 hours notice has been given.
we may, at our discretion allow you to re schedule.
A new date must be provided within 24 hours of cancelling.
Appointments can only be re scheduled once.
If bad weather is a problem to you then please check the weather forcast 48 hours before your time slot in order to re schedule.

SLOTS ARE NON TRANSFERRABLE without prior permission. Anyone found to be doing this will result in no access to the dog park. If prior agreement is sought then we may accept a transfer providing we have the details of new walkers and details of rules, access and directions can be sent to them.

MEMBERS
If you have signed up to be a member, by logging into your account,
you can then check your bookings, reschedule (48 hours notice required)
or cancel them.

PLEASE NOTE. Very, very occasionally horse riders will be ridden along the outside track, we have 6 ft fencing surrounding the park so your dogs cannot get to them however, out of courtesy, if you see them and your dog is likely to bark at them then please move to the other side of the park or place them on a lead until the riders have gone. Thank you.

Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a ban from the park.

ALL WALKERS DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. NO RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE TAKEN FOR INJURY, DEATH OR LOSS OF BELONGINGS. ALL CARS ARE PARKED AT OWNERS RISK.

LIABILITY
​
No responsibiliy will be taken by the land owner for any damage, loss or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals upon entering the property or whilst using any of the equipment
All vehicles are parked at their owners own risk.
All breakages or damage to the fields, fences or equipment will be paid for by the dog owner.
All owners agree not to attend the premises if their dog is showing signs of illness or disease.
We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time, with no refunds given.
No abusive or violent behaviour will be tolerated either to staff or other customers at any time
