Service Description
Exclusive use of the park. The booking is for 1 hour & 25 minutes in the park and 5 minutes in total, to enter and vacate the field. You must be in your car by the end of the 1.5 hours. The booking is for 3 dogs or less. More dogs can be added when booking, at £2 each extra dog 1 car is included. Extra cars can be added when booking. The calender shows availabilty in both fields To choose a specific field, on CHOOSE YOUR FIELD & TIME page, click on the filter, then choose field. Alternatively, OAK TREE is on the hour, LITTLE MEADOW, is quarter to and quarter past the hour
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS. To cancel please telephone,email or if you are a member, go to your account . NO REFUNDS will be given UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for any bookings made. RESCHEDULING. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any appointments for another time. This applies to all circumstances, including the weather. please check weather forecasts in advance, if this is likely to be a problem. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will unfortunately lose any monies paid. If we are able to re book your slot when less than 48 hours notice has been given, we may, at our discretion allow you to re schedule, a new date must be given within 24 hours. Slots can only be rescheduled once. Thank you.
