Service Description
Exclusive use of the park. The booking is for 55 minutes in the park and 5 minutes in total, to enter and vacate the field. You must be in your car by the end of the 1 hour. Your booking is for 3 dogs or less. If you have 4 or more dogs, please use the other option on the menu. 1 car is included. Extra cars can be added when booking. Price plans are available at time of booking. The calender shows availabilty in both fields To choose a specific field, on CHOOSE YOUR FIELD & TIME page, click on the filter, then choose field. Alternatively, OAK TREE is on the hour, LITTLE MEADOW, is quarter to and quarter past the hour
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule your appointment, 48 hours notice is required, no exceptions will be allowed. If the weather is likely to affect you then please check forecasts in advance. If you choose to cancel your slot instead then no refunds will be given and you will lose your money. No refunds are given for any circumstances. Appointments are only allowed to be rescheduled once. This policy is none negotiable. PLEASE NOTE, No slots will be rescheduled if less than 48 hours notice is given, unless we manage re book your slot. Weather/Health/No vehicles/Traffic etc will not change this decision. No bookings are allowed to be advertised for resale in any form. This will make your booking invalid and you will lose your money. If you would like to give it to other family members or friends then we must be informed, prior to them attending, with full details, names,addresses etc sent to us To cancel or reschedule please email or telephone us. you may also be able to use your members account to do this.
