Service Description
Meet santa in his grotto. A present for each dog from santa, take some pictures. Bring the family, have a mince pie. see the lights. Then, as a bonus you can meet the resident animals for free, includes the Donkeys, Alpacas, goats, shetland ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs and mini pigs. You can also come with no dog and visit santa with your child, just book for one dog.( No present is available for humans) Upto 4 people per vehicle. Each booking lasts approx 30 mins, this includes10 minutes meeting santa & the rest meeting the animals in our mini farm. All dogs must be on a lead & under control at all times. If your dog is not good with other dogs. please state on booking form. This is a working farm and will involve being outside at times so please wear warm clothing & footwear.

CANCELLATIONS. To cancel please telephone,email or if you are a member, go to your account . NO REFUNDS will be given UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for any bookings made. RESCHEDULING. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule any appointments for another time. This applies to all circumstances, including the weather. please check weather forecasts in advance, if this is likely to be a problem. If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will unfortunately lose any monies paid. If we are able to re book your slot when less than 48 hours notice has been given, we may, at our discretion allow you to re schedule, a new date must be given within 24 hours. Slots can only be rescheduled once. Thank you.
